Trip Form

Are you taking your troop on a trip?  Did you forget to log it in the Trip Log at the last meeting?  

 

Any time your troop goes on a trip or meets at a new location, you need to enter it into our Trip Log.  Now you can do it online.  The information below will be emailed to our Service Unit Director.  She will put it in the log book

 

Use this form for all Tripping Adventures beyond the regular troop meeting place less than six hours long and for awesome activities not requiring council approval. 

 

Note:  Before taking any trip, you must have a signed permission form from each parent, a current health history for each girl and adult, and have read all appropriate Activity Checkpoints and other information found in the Volunteer Essentials guide.
