Registration:
- Join Girl Scouts - sign up your child or volunteer on-line.
- How to Start a New Girl Scout Troop - Explains all the steps.
- Registration Instructions - Explains what you need to register your troop.
- Volunteer Application - Should be completed by every adult who will have any contact (leader, driver, helper, etc.) with a troop. Enter "795-Norcross II" next to "Service Unit" in the box in the top right corner of the form.
- Adult Registration - Must be completed by all leaders, should be completed by helpers as well.
- Girl Registration - Use to register a girl.
- Membership Dues Summary - Must accompany any registration form(s) to be turned in to the Registrar.
- Health History Record - Troop should keep this form on file for each girl.
- What's New? - Contains Troop Annual Fund Recognition Application; Add-A-Girl, Adopt-A-Troop, Build-A-Troop, and Online Registration Applications.
Finances:
- Troop Finance Report - Annual report due at the beginning of each school year.
- Bank Authorization - Use this form when opening a new bank account.
- SU Check Request - Use this form to request reimbursement from the Service Unit.
- SU Deposit Request - Use this form to accompany any money you are turning in to the Service Unit for deposit.
Events:
- Permission to Participate - Permission form for parents to sign for girls to participate in an event.
- Event Registration - Use to register for GS Greater Atlanta events.
- Event Application - fill out this form if you plan to host a Service Unit event. The form should be completed and submitted to the SU Director 4 months prior to the event.
- Trip Form - fill out the fields and click the Submit button to submit your trip form by email.
